4. Payment and Billing

• Our Service is offered in three simple plans: $30 (30 images, 0 edits), $40 (50 images, 10 edits), and $50 (80 images, 20 edits). Test checkout may display a different price during sandbox operations.
• Payment is required before processing begins
• All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes
• We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase, subject to the Refund Policy
• Refunds are typically not granted after you download the processed image

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your uploaded photos
• Generated images become your property upon successful payment
