• Valid reason: You provide a legitimate reason for the refund request
• Original purchaser: The refund request is made by the original account holder

Valid Refund Reasons

• Technical failure preventing image generation
• Significant quality issues with the AI processing
• Service did not function as described
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Unauthorized transactions

Non-Refundable Situations

• You have already downloaded the processed image
• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• You uploaded a low-quality or unsuitable source image
• You are unsatisfied with the style but the service worked correctly
• You changed your mind after successful service delivery

How to Request a Refund
